Job Overview
This role sits at the center of our fast-growing 3PL operation. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients while driving onboarding, implementation, operational coordination, and follow-through across the business. Working cross-functionally with operations, warehouse leadership, billing, and systems teams, you’ll keep client needs and internal initiatives organized and moving forward.
This isn’t a passive customer-service role — we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in fast-moving environments, and creates structure as the business scales. Success means clients feel informed and supported, onboarding stays on track, internal teams stay aligned, and leadership has clear visibility into priorities and risks.
Responsibilities & Duties
Client Account Management
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for 3PL clients and build strong relationships through proactive communication and follow-through.
Lead client meetings, operational reviews, onboarding calls, and onsite visits; represent Product Society professionally in virtual and in-person settings.
Coordinate client requests, escalations, and operational needs internally; maintain visibility into account health, open issues, and risks.
Onboarding & Implementation
Support onboarding of new 3PL clients — coordinating timelines, documentation, operational setup, and task ownership.
Track onboarding progress, identify blockers, and partner with operations and systems teams to move clients from onboarding to live operations.
Systems & Process Ownership
Maintain and organize Monday.com boards, statuses, and task ownership; keep Google Drive documentation, SOPs, and client files current.
Support development of operational processes and work instructions; track open items, ownership, and timelines across departments.
Operational Coordination
Work closely with warehouse operations, billing, and systems teams to support day-to-day execution and catch process gaps before they impact clients.
Support ShipHero/WMS initiatives and audits; track freight updates, routing and rate changes, and operational exceptions.
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years in account management, client success, implementation, project or operations coordination, or a related role.
Experience in 3PL, fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, eCommerce, or supply chain strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and projects simultaneously and cross-functionally.
Skills
Strong organizational, follow-through, and prioritization skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
Professional presence for client-facing interactions (virtual and in person) and a strong relationship-management mindset.
Proficient in Slack, Google Workspace, and Monday.com (or similar); ShipHero or other WMS experience a plus.
Mindset
You take ownership, bring structure to ambiguity, communicate proactively, and solve problems rather than wait for direction.
Work Environment
Full-time, salaried.
Hybrid/remote-friendly depending on location and operational needs; candidates near the warehouse may work onsite regularly.
Southern California strongly preferred (not required).
Periodic travel for onsite client meetings, operational reviews, and warehouse visits.
